I have been following the diet closely, eating the meal plan that it gave me online, I've been doing well, and am only eating whats on the list. I've had some gas today, and I had a loose stool tonight, but thats it. I have had no leakage or oil spills, but I'm suprised that I am haveing the little treatment effects that I do have since I have been sticking to the diet. I thought you only got the treatment effects by going over your fat intake? Surely the meals that they put together

I just started today, and I am useing the meal plan available to me online. So far, I'm loveing it!! I missed breakfast, but I had a BLT for lunch ( turkey bacon, light mayo, wheat bread, tomatoes, lettuce, and a slice of cheese), served with a bananna and a glass of skim milk. It was awsome! Hello everyone!!! I am also from Texas, San Antonio to be exact! I am 25yrs, 5'4 and weigh 265. My ULTIMATE goal weight is 135, but I gotta take smaller steps. My first REALLY big goal weight is 240. I plan on taking it 20 LBS at a time. I started taking Alli today, and so far have had no treatment effects. Hello!!! I am 25, and I am 5'4, and weight 260. I was always a little chunky growing up, but never really heavy! When I turned 18, things started to change. I moved in with my boyfriend, and i slowly started to put on weight. I used the gym, walked to work, etc. but the weight just kept coming. My older sister went through the same thing, after she hit 320 and got married, she and her husband decided to have children, but the doctor wouldn't help, and as you all know, it's MUCH harder
