If I came off discouraging really I apologize..That is just the information from Alli itself..Alli is not meant to be a tool for people who are not obese or considerably more than a few pounds overweight..If someone uses it and it works to loose a couple pounds than great. But as I've read in alot of the other posts on this site the people who do not fall into the obese category tend to not find Alli the right fit for them. But if it works for you ladies than great! Really I just think alot of

Alli Deiniftely does work..I along with many other users on this site can attest to its effectiveness. However..7 pounds???? Alli is NOT meant for a fad quick fix for healthy people to drop a few pounds. IT is meant for obese people..like myself..who need to loose quite a bit more weight to become healthy.

Hey Kevin! Welcome to the Program..I've been on Alli since the beginning of September and have been VERY pleased with it. I was in a simililar situation as you starting out. I am also on an antii- depressent so I had to make sure that Alli wouldnt interfere with that. This webite has alot of good advice and tools to use, I would definitely recommend you use the nutrition log. Thats how I keep track of what Ive eaten. Anyway, good luck and keepp us posted on your progress. Kyle--Md

Hey I could've used some anti-cake prayers a week or so ago..My b-day was Nov 6th and needless to say I over-indulged..not just then but wound up going crazy fri-sat-sun and ate SOOOOOOOOO much more than I should have. But I picked up where I left off before my sinful weekend and have been good and on track all this week. So I'll say a lil prayer for you now not only that you can do your best to withstand the mighty temptation of the cupcake..but that if you do fall victim to its evil ways

I've been in and am in the same boat as many of the people on this board. But the only person who can help you is YOU. All the great advice and encouraging words won't make any difference if you can't help yourself.
