check in day

I have been using alli for a while and have received an email to "check-in" every week. However the last three weeks I have not been receiving it. Why?

When to take alli

I am currently taking alli, but I would like to know if it is better to take it before you eat, during your meal, or right after you eat. If you should take it before, does it matter how much before? If I forget to take it right when I am eating, should I go ahead and take it within an hour after I finish or will that not do any good?

When is the best time to take Alli? Before, during or after you eat? How long before and after a meal can you take Alli and it still be effective? Sometimes I remember to take it right before a meal, but sometimes I forget and take it during or right after I eat. What is best and what works?

when to take alli

Can alli be taken any time during the meal or should it always be taken before the meal? I have been taking it some before and some during the middle of the meal. Does it matter?
