Dear wharriso, I am so sorry to hear about what happened. I think that it's good for you to grieve and get it all out. And hey if it helps eating it's ok just remember to take your time and bounce back. I know first hand that it easy to wallow and binge when something like this happens but let your emotions run it's course then take control. Even if he betrayed you it is no reason for you to betray yourself. Stay strong Wharriso. I am so happy that you came on the message boards and wrote

Hello everyone! I am so discouraged. I have been watching what I've been eating and exercising but I haven't lost any weight. When I first started Alli I lost weight and now it's seems to have slowed down. I know that most of the weight was water weight but I'm so nervous I won't make my Christmas goal. I would appreciate any advice or suggestions any of you have. sorry to vent but I'm feeling sad and I don't want to give up so I was hoping to get some support on here

Hi, I was wondering when is the proper time to weigh yourself. I weigh myself in the morning and then I weighed myself later and there were some differences. It keeps fluctuating between 212 in the morning and 213 in the afternoon. Just confused. Thanks in advance! katesh

Hello All, I love tea. I usually drink I cup in the morning. One at like 2pm then another at like 4pm. I have been told that tea is not good for dieting because it dehydrates you. I drink alot of water as well..I have totally stopped drinking diet soda's and the such. Is it ok to drink tea whilst on Alli? Also, "Aunt Flo" is in town and am I to expect bloating and weight gain. Very confused. Sorry if the questions seem juvenile but all this anxiety in losing weight has me all kinds

Hi! I am sooo confused... I had my check in on Friday and I weighed 218 then on Sunday I weighed myself and the scale said 215...ok weird. Then I weighed myself today and the scale said 212. I don't want to get excited but it doesn't seem right. I mean I feel great...in fact better than I have felt in a long time but it doesn't make any sense. I just purchased a new digital scale and I weigh myself on the floor not the carpet. I have been meeting my calories and fat grams and I just recently

HI! Loved reading everyone's posts! I would love to join the christmas club! I started alli weighing 230 and today I weighed myself and I weigh 214. I would love to break 200 and get into the 190's by christmas!! That would be great. I'm really nervous about Thanksgiving and Christmas too. Our family hosts both and there is always SOOOO much food. I have to seriously take control. I think it's good that we're all thinking ahead because we are intellectually aware of the situation
