I was also out of controll before, during, and after Thanksgiving. My leftovers are almost gone, and it's time to begin again. (I out did myself with the cooking this year. It was way too hard to resist) I also weigh in today, and but as long as I am still down the 5 I've already lost, I will feel successful. Hey, this is a lot better than what happened last year--I started over indulging on Halloween and didn't stop until the New Year.

Hi I'm very happy with this program, but I'm not doing it the "right" way. I don't write down what I eat or count calories. I've been eating healthier and don't eat as much. So far I've lost 5 pounds in three weeks. I'm happy with that and want to lose more. Is anyone else doing it this way? Not counting calories? or keeping a journal? I know i should be doing those things, but I'm lazy.

I am sorry for all of you who are upset about missed periods. Personally, I would love that side effect. I'm 50 and still have heavy bleeding for 8 to 14 days a month. I read somewhere that alli changes menstrual cycle. One woman said her periods stopped while taking alli (no she was not pregnant) I wouldn't mind that side effect. Is there any truth to this? Elaine

Should I be on this plan? I had my gall bladder removed and take medication for hypothyroid. I am not going to make an appointment to ask my doctor. When I go for my check up in 6 months I'll ask. But I have already started the alli plan. Thank you for your anticipated response. e

Hello, I'm new to this--started today. What is an oil spill? It sounds disgusting. I'm worried that it will happen while I'm at work. Is it like water breaking before you give birth? Is there any warning before it happens? Will there be time to get to the bathroom? Is there an oder?
