Yes avocado is higher in fat but there is such a minimal amount in an avocado roll. I don't think that would do any harm for a lunch or dinner. One whole avocado roll (6-7 pieces) only typically has 246 calories and 11 grams of fat. Pair that up with a nice salad or some fruit and you have a great dinner.

I know a lot about diet and nutrition and I didn't think the starter pack is a waste of money. I love the Healthy Eating Guide and plan on using it even after I stop taking alli. I also like the little pill case. It is cute and discreet looking.

I live in PA too. I live in a suburb of Reading. I am going to start my alli next Monday. We are going to Cape May this weekend and I didn't want any allioops issues. I have been following the low fat diet since Saturday though. I want to lose about 20-25 pounds total.

I like to snack too and I am including a low fat midmorning and midafternoon snack with my plan. I have kept under my calorie and fat allotment so I hope it is ok.

It should be fine as long as you stick with low fat rolls such as california rolls, avocado, cucumber etc. You want to avoid fatty sushi such as eel, tempura rolls, etc. I know in the Healthy Eating Guide they list 21 low fat snacks. 3 pieces of sushi is listed on that snack list. I love avocado rolls and plan on eating them on the weekends.

I agree with the above posters. If it doesn't get faster and more specific (not 1,000 posts about how much fat to eat etc.) I doubt I will post here. You need a FAQ thread that you can sticky and put at the top so people stop asking the same questions.

I am a vegeterian as well. If you go to the myalliplan there is an area under meal planning where you can check off any foods you don't eat (pork, fish, chicken, eggs etc.). I did this and it gave me a veggie friendly plan. Hope this helps!

I haven't started taking my alli yet, but I know in the book it says that the side effects can still happen up to 48 hours after taking your last dose. I would stop at least two days before the wedding if I were you.
