I read some info on Xenical, and it said some people experienced this issue when taking it. I have to imagine that since Alli is the same thing, only a smaller dose, this could happen.

Not to me. I've been on Alli 2 days now with no side effects.

Since alli only works within the time frame of the meal you take it in, am I correct in assuming that at the end of the night (say, three hours after my last meal) I could indulge in all the pizza I wanted, and the pill that I took three hours prior will not have any side effects with it? Not that I "want" to do that by any means... I'm just trying to figure out what the deal is w/o actually testing out this theory myself.

I have a need to eat 5-6 mini meals a day. Since alli is to be taken only 3 times daily, and it only works within the time frame of that meal, what would be my best course of action? A bit higher fat when taking the pill, and watch fat closely with the other meals?

It's going to take a week or longer for anyone to see "real" results from this. All other weight losses or gains are really only water weight and don't give you an accurate representation of how you are doing.
