Re: Reached my goal!

Sharon, I am way super excited for you!! I was keeping up with you, but the first week in May I stopped eating healthy and taking my Alli. This went on for about 6 weeks or so. I started again on June 10th and have lost 6 pounds. Four of those I lost before and gained back. I am now down to 134 from 155. I am so happy for you and can't wait 'till I reach my goal of 120. Take care and good luck with the maintenance plan. Please let us know how you are doing on it. Rebecca

Re: I'm doing something wrong I think

Hey Hollie, I am glad you wrote back. Since June 10th I have lost 4 pounds. I was hoping for 5, but I will surly take 4. I am sure most was water weight, but is was nice to see the numbers back down. One more pound and I will hit 20 pounds lost on Alli! I slacked off for those 6 weeks and I wish that I didn't. I would almost be done. Oh well. I am working very hard now. I hope the fiber helps you out. I know how you feel about the peeing. I am usually up twice a night, but I am now down to once

Re: I'm doing something wrong I think

Hi Hollie, I too have MS and am losing weight because of it. I feel so much better being 19 pounds lighter. I have a bit more energy. Not anywhere as much as I would like, but some. I wonder if your fat grams and calories are correct for you. It may be time for you to drop down to the next level. As far as exercising goes, it might be silly, but when your watching TV and a commerical comes on get up and walk in place until your program is back on. Do it every time the commericals are on. Start out

Re: Can't shed that last pound...

Sharon, I am so very proud of you. A size 3-4 is AMAZING! Try switching up your workouts. Try doing something you have never done before. Maybe your body is just stuck in a habit. Add in a little extra water and be excited about you loss. You will get there. I can't wait to be there. When I started out at 155 pounds I was wearing a size 14 in pants. Friday I went shopping and found I am down to a size 6!! I am 136 now and think I want to be 120. Good luck to you. I have been off track fo about

Re: a race to live........

I fell off the face of the earth........ I have not reported in a few weeks. I have not been eathing well and I have not been taking my pills. I am 136 pounds. I keep trying to get back on track, but I just can't seem to get there. I will start my weightloss journey back up again on June 1st. ( I know I should start now, but we all know how it goes.) Anyways, I want to get down to somewhere between 115-120. Best of luck to each of you. I hope you are all successful. Rebecca P.S. I think I need

Re: a race to live........

I am so very happy to report a "3" pound weightloss! I am now 137. Just two pounds shy of my goal for today. When I started on March 10th I wanted to be 135 by today, my daughters 5th Birthday. I never actually thought I would be anywhere even close to that. I have hit my half way point in two months and now I have 17 more to lose. I am amazed with myself and Alli and I can not wait to lose the last 17 pounds. Thanks Ladies for all of your support so far!! Rebecca

Re: So far so good...

Bonnie, I love your signature line. It is so very true. Since it is nice out (here in southern California) I have been walking around the neighborhood with the family. After dinner we throw the kids in the stroller and push them around the block. It feels so nice to be out and about doing something good for the body. Pushing the stroller is great exercise. I recommend it. Hope this helps. Rebecca

Re: B-12 deficiency

Hi Michele, Vitamins A, D, E, and K are the ones you need to worrie about as far as not being able to absorbe them. These vitamins require fat in order to be absorbed into the body. If you take a multi-vitamin before bed you should be fine. Make sure it is at least two hours after you take your Alli pill. This will help the body absorbe any A, D, E, and K's. Most of the others do not require fat, they need water. Anyway, I hope that this helps. I was once told I had Bell's Palsy, but they

Re: time to burn the old bra

Ok Judi, I am right there with you. The bands around my bras are so big now. I never thought I would be so excited about losing weight there. I think "the girls" are as small as they are going to get, but I would like to lose two more inches from around. I am waiting as long as I can until I buy some new bras. There is a little botique in Ventura, Ca. (about 1 hour from my house) where they have the prettiest bras and panties. Maybe I will pick up a swimsuit while I am there. I have not
