Oh Harley, don't be discouraged! Water weight can add or drop weight daily. You have done so well, just have another glass of water and watch your salt intake. And Smile!! You are on your way to a healthy weight! This time it's for ME!! Linda

My husband and I both use Alli and are so pleased! We also follow the WW core plan - sort of the best of both worlds. We have been on this plan 6 weeks and I have lost 15 lbs and he has lost 23 lbs. We both feel so good. And yes, my clothes are feeling loose on me and his fit. (no more belly over the belt stuff for him ;), and no squeezing into way to tight jeans for me).
