i would think pickles would be great for a snack. they're definitly low fat and taste great. you'd just have to watch the sodium intake from them. matter of fact this thread has me craving pickles now. i think i'll pick some up when i go shopping tommorow.

has anyone ever tried the 35 vegetable fiber wheat bread? if not you should definitly give it a try. for 2 slices of bread it has 70cals and 0g of fat (35calories per slices of bread). it has a really nice flavor and texture to it even better than regular wheat bread in my opinion.
