Re: Cheesecake
you know you can also use low fat vanilla wafers and instead of sweet-n-low use splenda mixed with the fat free cream cheese and 1/4 cup of egg beaters and bake them as cupcakes then top them with your favorite fruits
i love that idea! recently told the kids they could choose a food to help me make one day this week and my daughter chose cheesecake. i think we'll be making cheesecake cupcakes!

Re: Is this a good snack or what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i would think pickles would be great for a snack. they're definitly low fat and taste great. you'd just have to watch the sodium intake from them. matter of fact this thread has me craving pickles now. i think i'll pick some up when i go shopping tommorow.

Re: I DO NOT SEE ANY CHANGES
I am new to this... but you really think three days will allow you to see change? I would think you are expecting too much too soon. I would stay committed for a week or two before I start evaluating.... and then try a tape measure and see... I bet the inches have come off.
good advice. i've come to the conclusion from reading different post here that a lot of people new to alli mistakenly think that if they're not having TE's and making mad

Re: I need some advice!
Taking advantage of weekly supermarket specials to eat nutritiously on a small budget is one thing -- but to start growing produce in buckets is something most of us can do
it really is amazing how easy it can be and how much money it can save. even just growing something basic like tomatoes or some pepper plants can save a good chunk of change and can be used for a multitude of things. in salads, sandwitches, stews, soups, sauces. cucumbers if one has even

vegetable fiber wheat bread

has anyone ever tried the 35 vegetable fiber wheat bread? if not you should definitly give it a try. for 2 slices of bread it has 70cals and 0g of fat (35calories per slices of bread). it has a really nice flavor and texture to it even better than regular wheat bread in my opinion.
