Re: Conclusion: You just CANNOT eat out at restaurants!

As terrible as that sounds, I just have to say that you can MOST DEFINITELY eat out. I'm constantly eating at Pizza Hut, KFC, Church's Fried Chicken, Chili's, et cetera, et cetera. You just have to be careful. Most things that sound healthy out there really aren't, haha. You should do your research beforehand and plan ahead. I know the entire Alli community's told you this already, but another two cents won't hurt, haha. Either way, I know you don't need it, but good luck

Re: Acai berry?

I Wikipidia'd açaí berry since I don't know too much 'bout it either, and I found some interesting info: " A comparative analysis reported that açaí had intermediate antioxidant potency among a variety of frozen juice pulps tested. Among the eleven fruits pulps tested, açaí had the fifth-most anti-oxidant potency, with a TEAC (Trolox equivalent antioxidant activity) score of 6.9 mmol g (while the highest scoring fruit domestic fruit, acerola

Re: any college students taking alli? need advice

Thank you both. :] Ah, I see where you're coming from now, haha. I went through the same experience, more or less. Thing is my mom bought me my first starter pack as a gift (she already knew I was interested), so I really didn't have anything to lose. It was either use alli, or let my mom's investment go to waste. I was also kinda worried about being one of the younger ones on the boards and stuff; don't worry. I was reluctant to let my friends know I was using alli. Now I practically

Re: any college students taking alli? need advice

Hey there, Sarah. I'm in college, too. I'm eighteen. Anywho. You mentioned that you're scared. Can you elaborate? What are you scared of? The pills not working? A yo-yo effect? What is it? Either way, I personally think alli's amazing, and you definitely won't regret using it. I've been using alli since very late April, and I started weighing 261. Now, It's the middle of December, and I weigh 163. That's almost a hundred pounds~ It was definitely worth it, I think

Re: How many pounds have you lost?

Well, when I first started Alli on this past April 21st, I weighed 261. As of August 25th, I weigh 203. That's a loss of 58 pounds, I think. Haha.

Re: I want to lose 5 lbs in August - Anyone else?

Mind if I join? :D I lost 5 lbs this week, but I won't take it into consideration, okay? :] Either way, my current weight is 210, so I'd have to get to 205. I hope I can do it; I've never been this close to hitting the 200 mark. D:

Re: I'M NEW TO ALLI

Bwaha, I can't wait for the Fall semester to start; I'm gonna be a music major, hee. :D Lol, that's what I figured about getting a scale, haha. And DDR friggin' owns. :] That's another major fat-burner right there. My legs started to get thinner back when I would play. Of course, that was almost two years ago, haha. Hee, my check-in day is Monday, too. :D I hope I lose some weight. I didn't lose any weight this past week, but I ran out of Alli, and I couldn't afford another

Re: I'M NEW TO ALLI

Excuse my french, but OMGOMGOMG. O: I'm gonna be a freshman at Pan Am!! :D Lol, what are the odds? Hahahah~ How cool. :] You don't have a scale, really? Hm. If you'd like, and if you're willing to either save up a bit or waste any extra money you may have, Wii Fit is awesome. It works as a scale that graphs out your progress concerning your weight and activity level, plus it has some aerobics, strength training exercises and some yoga to help out. I got it about two weeks ago, and

Re: I'M NEW TO ALLI

Hey there, bro. :D Great to hear you've been doing so well! Following Alli's guidelines really DOES seem to give you more energy, huh? :] Of course, since you haven't weighed yourself yet, don't forget that losing 1-2 pounds a week is perfectly healthy, and by what I can tell, is advised as opposed to losing too much weight at once, so don't expect TOO much at first, 'kay? :D Of course, by the sounds of things, I get the feeling you'll lose more than that. Infact, everyone
