I was never overweight until I hit my late forties so it is very hard for me to stick to calorie counting. I lost 15 lbs with Alli and stopped taking it and restarted after the Holidays, but could not loose more than a couple pounds so I stopped again. Whille on a three week vacation I gained back 12 lbs. even though I tried to stay active. I am very devistated about the weight gain and have started to eat properly and watch fat & calories but have not started Alli again. I hope to start it by

I can relate to what you are saying. I have never weighed over 100 lbs. until I was 45, then same as you I started gaining. It is harder I think for people that have always been thin to watch what they eat I started Alli last September and took it for 5 months and I lost 15 lbs. (I didn't realize there was a meal plan and had been only watching my fat intake) I just started again because I went on a cruise and gained 5 lbs, back. I love this product! Taking Alli helps you think before you eat
