Good question! They are so many out there so you may try a couple options to see which one works best for you. One of my favorites is Viactiv multivitamin - It is a little chewable MV, which comes in milk chocolate. I eat one every night after dinner. Also, another MV that is quite popular and easy to find is One a day - women's MV. They are big but you can easily find them in bulk. Hope this helps :) Let me know if you have any other questions, Sylvia Melendez-Klinger, MS, RD, LDN, CPT - registered

Absolutely! We have a great number of people taking alli and using convenience foods to meet their recommendations and create meals. You can create your own meals as long as you stay within your calorie and fat recommendations. To help you make sure you are not exceeding your calories and fat grams, use the nutrition logs found at myalliplan. You will love the daily nutrient analysis :) Let me know if you have any other questions, Sylvia Melendez-Klinger, MS, RD, LDN, CPT - registered dietitian

Treatment effects usually happen immediately after eating a fatty meal but it may also happen after a couple days of consuming a fatty meal, if your digestive system is slow. I will recommend staying within your fat grams in order to avoid any future treatment effects and to make sure you are learning sound healthy habits that will stay with you even after you are no longer taking alli. Hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions, Sylvia Melendez-Klinger, MS, RD, LDN, CPT

Here is how alli works - You may take alli 1 hour before your meals, with your meals or up to 1 hour after your meals. Usually alli stays in your body for about 2 hours, therefore, it may works up 2 hours after your meal but not 2 hours before your meal. Hope this helps. Hi Melissa, 1. I am not sure if there is a way to specifically schedule your BM in the morning (check with your doctor), but here are a few tips that may help you become more regular in the morning: Drink plenty of water before your meals Eat at least 25 grams of fiber, specially with your dinner so your digestive system is ready to dispose in the morning. Exercise every day, may work if you do it in the evenings 2. Once you reach your goal, you will be placed on a maintenance plan. This plan usually

Losing weight is hard but not impossible...I hear your challenges and hope that we can provide some guidance during your journey. I am not sure how diligently you're following the alli program but it is important to stay within your calories and fat recommendations and with your exercise regimen for most of the time. You can add chocolate or a sweet treat but make sure you're not exceeding your recommendations. As far as breakfast - this is a very important meal that starts jump starts your

Sorry to hear you are feeling like giving up...losing weight is hard but not impossible... Many factors can attribute a slow weight loss - Not tracking food intake, high sodium intake, medications, etc. Sometimes, even if you follow a diet plan perfectly well there are moments when your body plateaus and that is OK. Even when the scale does not show progress, you should not feel discouraged. Chances are that you are making progress in many other ways. You are eating healthy and that is positive Maybe

You may skip the alli pill if your fat intake is below 3 grams of fat per meal. On the other hand, fat is an essential nutrient for our bodies and the alli meal plans/recommendations provide a healthy amount of healthy fats to help you lose weight safely and effectively. The problem with fat is that we eat not much fat and the wrong types of fat. If you stay with the recommendations you should feel satisfied and will continue to lose weight safely. Let me know if you have any other questions, Sylvia
