Gary, and Roxxie Thanks for the encouragement. I think I like this program. And best of all I know I can do it. Accountability is an amazing thing. I don't get to get on line all that often because of my busy schedule but I enjoy reading your chat with Roxxie. I am encourged to read the "chats" they help me to be realistic. I don't feel so alone in this but yet I know to some point only I can do this. My eatting this week went great. Preparing the food made all the difference. I

Hi Karen, Sure I will be your loss weight buddy. I stared Saturday July 12th and I have not weighed in since the 10th. I have a Sister (in the Lord) who weighs me once a week on Thursdays and measures my inches once a month. I started my weight loss about two week prior to coming to Alli. What made me decide to join was a client of mine who looks great and really lost some weight. She told me she did Alli for a year and it was awesome. I know I have lost weight but I do not know how much. I am excited

Roxanna, I appreciate you posting a picture and I hope you don't mind me writing. I am new to the program just started last saturday and what a life change. I just read you and Gary's chat. What does it mean to be copper, bronze or silver? I have my first weigh in Thursday night after church. A Sister from the church ways me weekly. Then once a month she is going to measure my inches. I have walked 3 miles a day for exercise to start with (as I write I am dealing with 2 blisters on my feet

How wonderful is THAT! Congratulations! I hope you come and visit Alli soon and read this response. I would love to hear your journey. I weight 270 and my goal is 135. I just began this past Saturday...so far so good. I could use a strong person who has "been there done that." I am so happy for you....I think so much of such an accomplishment. You GO GIRL! I do not know all the ends and out of the system yet especially this communication part. SO I will leave it short. You DID IT!
