Scoot over in that wagon. I feel ashamed to even post on her because I've also gained most of my weight back. I started back Tuesday and hope that I get the same motivation I had the first time. I went from 212 to 175 and now I am back to 195. I'm not sure how you keep the weight off long term.

I never did get back on track. I just don't have the energy to do anything. I've convinced myself that my thyroid is out of wack again, I am anemic, diabetic, or depressed. Went to the doctor today. I'm not anemic, not diabetic. Thyroid is still out (waiting on results). He started me on an antidepressant. Will see if this gets me motivated. i should be happy that I'm doign better than I have in a long time, but I'm not. Anyway, going to make myself exercise the rest of this week

Hi all! I had a blah day on tuesday. I think it turned into a week. I just let myself go. Didn't hardly exercise and ate whatever. I also gained 4 lbs. I weighed on Tuesday and noticed I gained rather than lost. I've decided to hide my scales this week. Will not weigh again until Sunday. Oh well, just a set back. i'm going to get back on track tomorrow. Anybody else have a bad week? Congrats on everyone else's weigth loss.

This scale thing can drive you crazy. Sunday, i weighed 176. the next day I weighed and I was 179. I didn't eat anything off my diet on Sunday, I was active, etc. i just don't get it. You try so hard to loose and then you can gain 3 lbs overnight doing nothing. I don't get it. I do have a funny story though. My mom keeps saying she has lost all this weight 40 lbs. She was saying she weighed 140, which I know she doesn't. She asked if I had some accurate scales and I told her yes.

Does anyone just have a blah day. I woke up this morning. Sore from sleeping wrong I think. I weighed (I weigh everyday) and my scale was up a few pounds. I see these people who are naturally skinny and can eat whatever. I feel like it is a daily challenge to eat right. I was eating my salad at lunch and i was just not satisfied. I'm craving something fried or fattening. Just not satisfied with my diet food. I feel like i should just give into my craving and maybe I could get back on track. I'm

Sjdrj- on your profile page their should be a link. Let me know if you didn't find it. Good luck everyone else on your weight loss. I also kind of skipped mine this weekend too. On Saturday, I noticed that it was getting warmer in my house. I was focused on my air maybe going out again so I couldn't stick to my program. I guess it was just be me jumping around and causing more hot air becuase when I quit the temperature came right back down. Sunday, I was getting ready to exercise and my

Today, my check-in. I was surprised that I've lost 5 lbs. I never loose that much in a week, but I'm not complaining. This has been a hard week with no air conditioner and 100 degree weather. I just didn't exercise everyday like I had hoped too. That has put me to 8 lbs for loss in june so far. Any other Sunday check-ins?

Poohbear - this is one of my favorite threads. On the message boards the newest post are posted first. I've picked a couple of threads that I like to post on and keep up with those people. You can make friends, but sometimes they just disappear. You wonder what happened to them. I also love the meal log. They have made it easier to log food. You really see what you are eating. Talking about being short. My mom alwasy told me I was 5'4. I believed her. When i started on here, i thought I'm

Have you logged your food for a few days in the meal log. I did. I found i wasn't eating enough fiber or getting enough fat. I added fiber into my diet (special K water is 5 g). I also added almonds as a snack. I dropped about 5 pounds this week. I would start there. Also if you don't exercise, that definetly makes a difference with me. Not sure if others are like me though. Good luck and don't give up.

Hulintate - you put everything into perspective. Good luck on your illness and weight loss. Remember you are inspirational to us all. Thanks for your comments. As for my air, it's working this morning so knock on wood. Had a good breakfast and plans for a healthy lunch and dinner. Yeah!
