Re: How many pounds have you lost?

5 days so far and I am down 6.3 lbs!! I wont feel really successful until I pass 20 lbs lost, since I have lost 10-15 lbs and regained them so many times. But I am making this time different!

Re: How many pounds have you lost?

I'm curious to those of you who are having great success (congrats by the way!), what are you doing for diet and exercise. Are you following the my alli diet or counting calories (and do you stick to the alli recommended calories). Alli recommended 1800 calories for me and I wonder can I really lose on that amount?

Re: Starting Alli 10.13.08

Thanks for the response everyone. I was worried it would be really quite around here, until after the boom you get at the start of the new year. But I didnt want to wait until the new year to do something about my weight. Thats 12 weeks away. I think I could reasonably lose 12-24 lbs by then! I see alot of posts about eating low fat but it seems just as much of a challenge to eat enough fat for the pills to work. I am trying to meet those calorie & fat goals given by Alli, along with eating healthy

Starting Alli 10.13.08

Anyone else just starting up? Tomorrow morning I start counting calories & fat in the little orange book that came with the starter pack. I so hate counting but its the only thing that ever works for me. Usually I get tired of it after a few days and quit. I am hoping Alli will help me along. Motivate myself by keep working it each day. I would like to lose around 85 lbs (from 235 to 150). But anything would be great at this point. I have been stuck at this weight for a few years and I am not

Alli Daily Journal

How would I get more Alli Daily Journal's (the orange booklet that same with the starter kit)? I prefer to track my food in their over the website and there is only enough pages for 15 days. The journals are nice and small to tuck in my purse.

Re: Joy of Cooking Coupons

I have never seen these in stores near me. I am in Wisconsin. I have found other meals like those and some of them are not bad (calories and fat wise). Actually I have a hard time getting enough fat in. So many of those meals cooking in the oil, helps me meet my target.
