Hi Renae Im here for you hon with as much support as you need, ive been doing alli for around 10 months and although i have had a decent loss, dropped 2 dress sizes and learned some great life lessons, oh and made some amazing friends, i have had a long plateau, due a lot to emotional eating and not always staying with the plan> One thing i am determined about is that i will never regain the lost pounds, i also remain positive about getting to goal nomatter how long the journey takes. Ive been on alli since october but didnt exercise untill january, it hasnt made much difference to my weight loss but exercise does make a difference to the inches ive lost, i find that sometimes the scales dont move but the tape measure does, if i dont exercise i eat less anyway, if i exercise i get more hungry and eat more. Guess we are all different, but its all maths really, eat less calories than you burn and the weight will come off. Good luck Carole

Hi Jane Ive been doing step on the wii, normally an hour a day, a mixture of the advanced and free step.however Ive had a reoccurance of hip pain so Ive just been walking for the past couple of weeks, taking 2-3 mile walks along the coast 3 -4 times a week.We have a pier which is a mile long so as long as the weather is fine its easy enough to walk its length and back and thats 2 miles. Must have been working tho to give me the inch loss. Ive not had time this week as have my niece staying with us

Hi girls lost 1lb this week which im happy about, but what really surprised me was this month ive lost 1" from my waist and 2" from my hips, so even tho the weight loss this month has been very slow the inches have come off, guess thats down to the exercise which sure gives me the motivation to keep on with it, despite my lack of enthusiasm!!! Have a great day Carole

Hi everyone, well despite being depressed about still being on this plateau i continue to exercise daily, doing and hour on wii fit most days plus a 20 minute walk. Jane, sounds like you went through an awful lot with your hand, we dont realise the marvelous things our body is capable of untill it isnt, i hate not being able to do stuff but as i am very independent i just work through the pain and do as much as i can, my dr would have me doing hardly anything because of the pain but my physical therapist

Jane Im so glad your hubbys arm is gonna be fine. I dont know what injury i had to my wrist as in how i hurt it. We had been packing boxes to decorate and my wrist was aching, it continued to ache so my dr sent me to a specialist, he did a bunch of tests thinking it was carpel tunnel, but it wasnt so he said he needed to look inside as he could see something on the xrays that wasnt right, i had the arthroscopy to determine what was going on back last june, normally this takes an hour but it took

Jane you did great only gaining 1lb on your trip. For some reason in europe we dont have low fat or no fat cheeses, we get one or two half fat chedders but thats it, i love being able to buy FF cheese and ice cream when im in the US, you have so much more choice then we do here.In uk we do have FF yogurt thankfully but not the flavours you get there, same as granola bars, the low fat versions are in only a couple of varietys. Hows hubbys hand? im having sooo much pain in mine, ive begun using a TENS
