I never used the nutritional pages because I use WW e-tools for tracking, but I did like the steps/progress charts that alli has (or had). But now with the nextphase jumbo, I really am not as focused anymore to even remember to take the pills! This really stinks. I've had wonderful results up to this "nextphase" and now my weekly check in is erratic. Whatever the "nextphase" is supposed to do, it's not working. Maybe I'm just not ready for it? There should be an option

Hi, Just wondering if anyone else has been receiving server unavailable messages when trying to access myalliplan site? I haven't been able to check in this week or last. I was surprised that I could get on the community site. Thanks! Stacey

Sophie, I hope you are right that this is an isolated incident. I have been on Alli since December 1st. I don't skip meals and I usually have 1 or 2 snacks through the day. I started this current monthly cycle 2 wks ago. I will stay off for the rest of the week and start back up on Monday. Thanks Stacey

Hi, Has anyone been experiencing atypical or typical migraines since being on Alli? Yesterday I had experienced dizziness, fainting (syncope) and a migraine like headache. The ER doctor did not know what caused all this. And now I am on Fioricet and Meclizine. Does Alli cause any of this and will it have a reaction with this medicine? I have done really well on the Alli plan and I hope that this is not the cause or that it has a reaction to these meds. Thanks! Stacey

HI everyone, I'm happy to say that in the first full week that I have taken the pills, 1) my husband has been more supportive 2) I have more energy and 3) I weighed in today at 224 lbs. From my last trip to the doctor's a few weeks ago that is down 11 lbs!!! My husband and I have started a routine that on the nights that he is home, he reads and tucks our daughter in bed and I go to the elliptical for 20 - 25 minutes. My knees fought me the entire way for a few days, but now they hurt if

I had them too. My husband was a little freaked when the toilet didn't flush all of it down and I didn't notice ! oops! They do go away as long as you watch the fat content really really well. They could come back, but don't freak. I started the pills Dec 1 and had them for a few days. I'm also doing WW again, and I find that if I stick to my points exactly, then I don't have them. If I go over (the weekly extra points that are allowed), that is when I get them. Hang in there

Hi, I bought alli on Tuesday on a whim. My husband told me not to do it, my mom said that it would benefit me and even was willing to pay for it as long as I wanted to do it and stick with it. I just told my husband that I'm restarting Weight Watchers and going to take alli as well. I am a working mom with a 2 yr daughter. I've found that my energy level is low and I really don't feel like chasing her. I need to lose all of the weight that I have gained over the years. I am weighing in
