great job Dan and everyone else in here for that matter. We are all here for one reason or another but the same goal. To be happy and healthy it doesnt matter if it is 10 pounds or whatever. I have just ended my 8th month on the program i am holding strong at 54 pounds since i joiined new years day. I have to admit the summer has been very slow but i have been maintaining. I plan on diving back and continuing towards wherever i end up. I do know that i have not felt or looked this good in a long

still holding at 54 need to kick up the exercise again. golf alone is not doing. I have to admit this is the best i have golfed in years. I am walking 18 holes and carrying my clubs too. but i am going to start walking the hills with half of the weight i lost, getting ready for hunting season.it will be so different from last year i am looking forward to the hikes up and down and not just on the old abandoned logging roads.

wow lots of new people, you go away for a little but and look at all of the activity. I have been a memeber of the 200 club since its inception and i have been an active member of alli since new years. I have lost over 50 pounds and i am at a maintain my weight staus due to lots of travel and i am just trying not to gain. And so far so good. i know we intially called it the 200 club as that seem to be the goal end weight for many of the guys that were in several forums, we never turned anyone away

great job spike, I have not gone away just been traveling a bunch lately. Just got back from FLorida and leave for georgia next week. I have been maintaining the 53 pounds i have lost since starting on new years day.. I have been sticking with the food intake and meal plans and my activity has been focused on keeping my weight loss controlled. Once i pick up the activity levels i will get back into the final goal. I have had so much energy for work around the house outside and golf has been awesome

Another week and another pound. Slowly but surely getting there. On vacation last week so out of the normal routine and still managed to lose. So i am happy with that. Dustin hope your doing well. Would be nice to see some of the other memebers back in or some new ones possibly? No Worries i will check in when i can. Keep up the good work.

Glad to see you, the club was really going a few months ago and it has tapered off a bit. It mnust be the summer months. Well check in was today and another pound, slowly but surely. Played 18 holes, worked around the house, refinished an old cabinet that was my grandparents. Going on vacation next week over to the cabin. Busy this week and then finally some R & R. Hope everyone is doing well, keep up the great work everyone, whereever you are.

woo hoo, i see you did indeed get the tracker. Keeping your eye on the prize. Great job on your continued success. I am so happy with my loss i can imagine how proud you must be of yourself. Your catching up to me and going to pass me. i am in this all the way and i plan on staying here while i maintain if they will let me. I think 18 at pebble is a great reward, but the one drawback is i dont think the will let us walk the course. Talk to you later. Hope everyone else is doing well.
