Hi everybody! Let's see. Carol, to update the ticker that you have right now, click on the ticker itself anywhere you see your signature. That will cause the ticker website to open in a new page. Type in your PIN, and press enter. Then type in your current weight in the appropriate box, and then enter. If you wish to have a picture ticker, go to myfitnesspal dot com, or just click directly on my ticker in my signature , which will cause the myfitnesspal website to open in a new page. Magic. Then

Hi everybody!! I'm still here, thinking of you guys, as always (even before I started posting on your 'cool' thread). Elia, happy to hear about your weight and to see you back. It's so nice you can wear some of your clothes from 2005. I don't feel like buying clothes at my current size because nothing looks good on like this. I kept complaining about the clothes at the shops these days -- the same shops I've shopped at for 2 decades -- and finally came to the realization that

I was thinking, shouldn't Elia call us or something? lol Then again, we can't leave her alone for just a few days to be away on vacation. Away from it all -- work, daily hassles -- just enjoying what's on the planet. How nice that is! Well, we all know that we'd probably all show up there as a 'surprise' under different circumstances, and she wouldn't even mind a bit! lol Well, if you like to be at Seinfeld's, Judy, that's fine with me. Though we could have like

Hi you guys, cheeriness and laughter abounds here all the time, doesn't it. That wasn't a question, of course, because it does! Does abound. So everyone is doing well. Happy to hear it. You too, Judy; you actually lost 4 pounds. I'll do a Neti pot anyday to lose 4 pounds. I'm not thinking as much about 'dieting' and it seems to be working out well. Strike 'well', and make that just 'better'. Better is good! Linda, doing well, you are, lovely. You have been

Hi everybody. Linda, I'm so sorry to hear that about your brother, but am happy he is pulling through. All of your attention at a time like this is really helping him a lot too, I think. Is he experiencing any extreme stress at this time? Sometimes mental worries trouble people's hearts when it gets to be too much. Otherwise, he is a healthy athlete all around! And I'm sure he appreciates your thoughtful caring. Carol, it's so nice to see you. Very well done on the 4 pounds! Keep

Hi everybody! Everything I have said today has come out sounding kind of strange, so I decided to zip it up until later hours. I hope I don't read this tomorrow and think 'did I write that?' Sigh! A get together in 2010 in New Orleans sounds really good. Fabulous, in fact. I've always wanted to go -- the music, the people, the food. Who else would choose such a destination but someone remarkably fun! Elia, good job with the scale. You're practically at your goal right now; just

I just have to report about the chicken marinara pitas. I've had 3 today so far -- though tend to stay up late and may have another -- and am not only not hungry, but have absolutely no desire for needless snacks every 2 hours whatsoever (sorry to say I've been quite the nibbler ever since starting my diet). I've had no snacks today. Usually I feel satiated with the food I normally have, which is not exactly skimpy in fat, though those impulsive snacks really were pesky for my final calorie

Hi everybody, I'm happy you all had a good weekend -- Judy with your lovely daughter, and Elia with your adventurous attitude, and Patty, busy with her beloved little ones. So Linda and Carol are still due for a report. Judy, I think it's funny you looked up translucent because a couple of months ago I thought it wise to look up transparent, translucent, and opaque, just to make sure I wasn't missing something. LOL What is it with those words anyway. I'm up to 6 rewards already and

Hi everybody, I'm here and reading. It's just amazing what a good mood all of you put me in with your presence. Judy, I sure do enjoy the little to no makeup business from a couple of years ago, but looked around a few months ago and came to the realization that people are wearing makeup again. In fact, they've been doing it for the last couple of years, and why didn't anyone tell me?! Why can't everybody just stay with something that works instead of changing things all the time

I've started to make it too, but am fresh out of marinara, so I marinated the chicken instead. However, the marinade added a very small amount of calories, plus I had inadvertently bought regular mozzarella last time, which is okay except that it's adding a few more calories and the point of this sandwich is to have almost pure protein. Anyway, out of gratitude for a really helpful recipe, I think it should be kept as is and not adulterated with a million substitutions by the time it reaches
