HI everyone, Sat...1250/35....did flea market..loading and unloading of crates for about 1 1/2hr. Kathy - According to Alli, at this point I am suppose to have 1200 cals and 39g of fat daily. I do better at the cals than I do at reaching my fat limit....I will add more fat to my diet to bump it up...like avocados, nuts and food likes that. I appreciate your concern tho. Thanks. Hi Everyone, 1247/36 - 30 min treadmill, 15 min bike Dee....I do home pilates...I have several dvd's...I bought the reisistance bar and diff size balls. DVD came with each device. I would also like to get into a pilates class...I think they offer one at the military base nearby me...I have to ck. Gigi - Good luck with your surgery. Jane...Hi!
