I have not started Alli yet (my goal is for Sunday March 1st), but I am trying to plan my meals. While I am at work I usually do the Lean Cusines for lunch and dinner. But when I try to add them on I keep falling under my calorie in take and out of range on carbs and other things. Is there an easy way to build the menu around something you select. For instance if I select Lean Cusine for lunch, can I get appropriate meals to populate for breakfast? I am so confused! THANKS!
