Hi everyone, hope you all enjoyed a wonderful Easter/ Passover. Well I have hit a small obstacle, lol. My husband kindly bought me a new digital scale to encourage me, and I much prefer my old calibrated Taylor scale as this new one shows I am 3 pounds heavier than I thought I was! I was quite upset as I was thrilled to be below the 160 threshhold, but I know it's not the end of the world. I'm just not sure if I should record my new weight this week and get the increase over and done with

Hi all, and Happy Easter/ Passover... Thanks for posting about Fitday.com - I checked it out and have tracked my foods for the last two days, and realize that my fats are way too low (about half what they should be!) and carbs a tad high. Protein is right on and my calorie intake is right on. I like the Alli meal plan but I don't always have the exact food/ ingredients so choose the "nearest" equivalent. By also tracking everything in Fitday, it has shown me I'm actually a little

Hi guys, thanks for the feedback. I actually did manage to check in today, woo hoo! Who knew when it was telling me to check in on Monday, it really meant Thursday... oh well, at least that frustration is over. However the funny thing is I recorded a weight loss of 1 1/2 pounds, and the results came back "you haven't lost any weight..."!!! Now I'm sure I'm not the only one on this forum that is DELIGHTED to see any weight loss, never mind how small, and would like to see more

Hi Trieca, thanks for your response - although I only just saw it due to the moderator keeping my post for the usual 24hrs, lol. Yes I started a week ago on Monday so about 10 days. I was expecting to "check in" on Monday but couldn't (and still can't. All I get is a message saying "you haven't entered any data". Hmmm. Grateful for any feedback! Thx

Hi everyone! I started Monday March 30 so I just squeeze into this group:) I have lost about 1 1/2 pounds during my first week/10 days, so I'm happy. I'm also struggling with the fat intake because I have a bit of an all-or-nothing personality, lol, which is probably why I'm here! These are great posts, I've emjoyed reading everyone's success and challenges - good to know we're all in the same boat no matter our differences! Thanks for starting it:)

Hi everyone, good to see more progress posted this week, it's very encouraging. I have managed to lose 1 1/2 pounds my first week so I'm happy and no TE's either. I'm being very good lol! However I'm frustrated that I can't check in - can't figure it out at all. Does anyone have any tips on how to use this site? I'm getting no response from "Help". Thanks

Hi, I'm new - started taking Alli yesterday after following low fat guidelines for a few days. I've done all that before of course with little to no success, and my big problem is.... well if I don't see some results right away, I tend to give up, lol! My name is Jill and I live in Florida (where it's hard to cover up in extra clothes). The turning point with me this time was a photo someone just tagged me in on Facebook. OMG, that was a shock, although it shouldn't have been

Hi, I'm new as of yesterday. I'm 45, 5'4" and a bit. I plan to check in every day if I can. I work from home so the fridge is a looming monster I have to pass every day, lol. No kids, but I plan to walk my dog every lunch time instead of waiting for my husband to do it. Been trying to lose these extra 20 pounds for 5 or 6 years to no avail. Looking forward to hearing from anyone like me - well anyone, really! SW: 160 First goal: 150 by end of April Second goal: 140 by end of May
