Hello, I started Alli about a month ago, the question is we are going on a cruise in June for 5 days, I am worried about taking the pills and my meal choices....I have lost about 7 lbs, so I do not want to go backwards....I have cruised before so I know my old habbits .....My hubby is thin and gains 7-10 lbs but loses them in 2 days when we return.....The desserts I do not even want, only frozen yogurt.. Any ideals for me....????? I do try to walk the track.....take steps down.... Thanks, 52 year
