Good luck to you! Do you work in the schools? I am a speech therapist part time in an elementary school. I love the small pill container that they gave us in the ALLI kit! I usually fill it up with 6 pills so I never forget when I'm out or at school where it is easier to watch what I eat since we only get a 1/2 hour for lunch which means I to pack one! I'm hoping to lose some of my "Pregnancy Stomach" which seemed to have gotten larger with the 2nd one back in march of 2006. I'm

Not to be gross, but yes, I have been having lots of gas as well!!! I do go to the bathroom more as well, and sometimes it's just a false alarm! I've been on it for two weeks now and still have some of the orangey oily stuff, but it doesn't really bother me.

Thank god you didn't have any side effects! That only happened to me once on day three. What I thought I was ordering was an eggbeaters omelet with two american cheese slices on it. But, either those weren't egg beaters or they used oil to cook them it because I had a bad bathroom situation on and off for about two to three hours! It was not fun! But since then just some extra gas and the orangey oily stuff.

Hi Nabug, it's never to late to join! Welcome to the group! One tip that helps me make it through to the next meal since there's not alot of discussion about them is to have snacks with me at work or before I workout. I myself have been used to eating some kind of snack in between meals before I started ALLI and I've listed some my favorites above and sometimes I combine those with my actual meal to get my fat grams in for the day. But for on the go, carry things like apples, peaches

THe Larabars from Costco sound yummy! My mom is a member there so I'll have to have her get me some. I too am a big fan of cheese, especially all kinds of fancy cheddars and Harvarty's that you serve with wine. Unfortunately, they're loaded with so much fat! I'll also try the Weight watchers string cheese. Perhaps putting with Kellogg's low fat wheat crackers maybe a good idea. Thanks for your input!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, I also have the oily orange experience, whether I'm eating very healthy foods or some snacks that are not so healthly but still low in fat. I'm not having major going to the bathroom problems, but whenever I do go, there is always some oily orange stuff (not to gross anyone else, just telling it like it is!) Perhaps it all depends on your digestive system. I've been on it for two weeks and along with exercise it has helped me lost 3.5 pounds total. So, to me it's working!

HI May ALLI starters! Thought it might be fun and maybe beneficial :) to list some of our favorite low calorie/low fat snacks! I know I have a few that I enjoy and just bought two new ones this week and both are great! If you like carmel corn and chocolate than you must try Smartfood's popcorn clusters! They come in three different flavors but since I'm a chocolate lover I chose the one with chocolate of course! They only have 120 calories, 2 grams of fat, plus 5 grams of fiber! Then second

HI and welcome to the group to you and everyone ! I guess I must have been checking this May ALLI thread that I started wrong because all of a sudden there's a whole bunch of us starting in May, how great!!!! I only had one really bad incident as far as the bathroom goes but that's because I ordered an egg beaters omlelet at a restuarant and I don't think it was egg beaters! Since then, I've been fine. Good luck with your Ediet and water aerobics! I usually weigh in on Fridays, so

Thanks for going the group! I think most people are fine except for situations out of their control, which I had one and explained earlier in a post that I ordered an egg beaters omelet at a restuarant and about 1/2 hour later ended up in the bathroom on and off for about two hours (not fun!!) If you think your going to have a night where your going to eat more than the 15 grams of fat than don't take it and you should be fine. I've done well everyday since and only on mother's day I

HI Debbie and welcome to the group! I too am 5 feet tall and have set 10 pounds as my first mini goal. I have about 7 or 7.5 pounds (depending on friday's weigh in!) to go and my goal date is June 12th. Seems like us short people have it extra hard being so short and keeping the weight off! My husband can sit in front of the TV and down a 1/2 gallon of ice cream and not gain a single pound! Well, us short people don't give up, do we! I'd like to know how to put one of those tickers on
