Today was my 2 week check-in. I've lost 2 1/2 lbs. and feel really good. I was surprised I've done well this week, it was a rough week! One of our customer brought us sundaes, I felt like I had to eat some of it while he was there - no clue fat or calories in that! I've been walking around 2 miles every day, trying to walk at lunch instead of shopping - saving me money and makes me feel better. Sounds like everyone is doing well. It just takes some getting used to - and alot of package

I'm 40 and just started taking Alli 2 weeks ago. I've lost a little weight, but I feel so much better eating less fat and calories. I started walking about 2 miles a day - would like to find something else to do as well. A work out buddy would be great, but I really don't have anyone to work out with. I enjoy reading all of the lessons and tips on this site & would like to find some friends to join my circle.

This eating plan is so much easier than anything else I've tried. I agree about never being starving, I can always find things low in calories and several with 0 fat. I find myself reading labels on everything, my kids are doing it too. They choose better cereals and snacks when we shop, I love it!

I thought I read 1-2 lbs a week was average, if that's correct, you're right on track. Are you counting all your calories and fat? Maybe try cutting back a few calories & see if it makes a difference. Don't lose hope, maybe someone from Alli can look over your menus and suggest something. I haven't lost much yet, but I feel SO much better eating less and watching my fat intake.

I was having the same problem, I started on Saturday and picked Saturday for check in - it wouldn't let me check in and I didn't know why. THANK YOU for explaining - I was going to call Monday after work and see what was going on. I love the little "tickers", I hope to figure out how to put one on for me too. How do you feel after 1 week? It's been a week for me too (yesterday). I feel very good, lost 1 lb. this week, but plan to try harder next week, now that I have the hang

Betty, I haven't seen the pharmacist's board, where would I find that? Is it just a separate thread? Julie

I started on May 2. I've stayed within my fat and calories pretty well every day. I started walking around 2 miles every day, sometimes with weights. I weighed myself today and only lost 1 lb. for the week. I was disappointed, I guess it's average, but I had hoped for more. I can't seem to find where I check in and load my current weight and get a ticker line to track it. Julie

I'm 40 and 5'4" SW 157 and a size 10 CW156 (only started last week) I want to get back into my size 6 and 8 jeans again - I think I need to be closer to 135-145. I have TONS of awesome dress clothes for work that don't fit me. I am so looking forward to looking good again! Julie

I started taking Synthroid in December, I never thought about the possibility of it causing any problems with the Alli. It's only been 3 days - is there something I should be watching for? I take my Synthroid as soon as I get out of bed. My breakfast (when I take my first Alli)is about 45 minutes after my Synthroid, is this a problem?

I purchase Alli the weekend before and read the information throughout the week. I started on May 2, still trying to figure out the website and how everything works. I think it's been pretty easy so far. I am walking 2 miles after work every night. I would like to lose around 17 lbs., but my mini-goal is 7. What kind of goals are you shooting for?
