I start tomorrow (Saturday)

Technically, Saturday is here now as it is 1:45 AM but I am still up from Friday so technically I start when I wake up. I just wanted to let everyone know that while preparing for my new Alli journey I grabbed an Egg White Turkey Sausage Flatbread Breakfast sandwich and it was so good! I was surprised, because I have had them off and on since the product launched, even when I was not thinking about Alli. Today was the best I have had yet. Mongolian BBQ

Today, while preparing for my Alli plan (I start in the morning) I went to Mongolian BBQ with co-workers for our friday lunch. I got my meal bowl made with 90% veggies (celery, onions, green onions, water chestnuts) LOTS of hunan sauce (looks just like soy sauce but other spices in it) 10% little chicken pieces, Little bit more soy sauce, and chili oil. Oh my it was absolutely tasty and amazing. My only worry was even though I saw them make it do I really know they did not add oil. If they only used

Haha - That is pretty cool that radishes are zero calories what are you doing to make them appetizing? ;) That is what the inquiring minds want to know! :) I kid. Personally I love celery but I believe that it is a few calories. However like a radish it is considered a "negative calorie food" due to it taking a bit of digestive work to process it.
