See ya later 30 pounds!

As off today I have lost 30 pounds. At this very moment I have on a size 18 petite pants when I used to wear a size 24! I got off track for a bit since I got a new job. I didn't gain, I just either stayed the same or lost a few ounces but I'm happy to say that I am back on track. I will NEVER be 259 pounds again!

Best Scale?

Which is the best scale to use? I have a digital scale but it has a tendency to fluctuate. I'd like to purchase a more accurate scale that is under 100 dollars. What do you recommend?

Carb?

I'm happy to report that as of today I have lost 17 pounds! I am very proud but I am worried as well. I was told by a member here that I should limit my carb intake to 200 grams or less. That idea freaks me out! Fruit is my friend and I love my oatmeal, , chex mix, cereal, special K crakers and shakes. One bottle of Ensure has a whopping 41 grams of carbs in it! Who knew!?! I love that stuff and it's been my friend since I had my tooth pulled. If I don't feel like eating then I just drink

Sabotage!!!

My co-worker gave me a voucher for a free burrito today at Moe's Southwest Grill. I looked online for nutrition info and settles on a burritos that was only 15 grams of fat. I was so excited. I went to get my food and as they prepared my food they put a heap of fresh, hot tortilla chips in the bottom of the bag. When I saw this I felt my eyes get huge and I began to panick.
