Alicia, Yes I have felt in a rut for the last few days (had a terrible weekend eating wise) but I keep reading these success stories and become inspired! You are doing great, I have only lost 5 pounds and I started Alli on 25 May so you are doing just fine, keep it up!

Hello everyone! Congrats Kels on the 11 pounds! Congrats Corrine on the 12 pounds!! Yall are AMAZING! I lost one pound this week bringing my total to 5 pounds in three weeks, wished it could be more but I am not starving or working out three hours a day so who's complaining!

I need food in the morning :) so my calories are a bit higher for breakfast and I try to reach my fat goal of 15-16 per meal, seems I have better luck when I do that. Brkfst-2 Special K or Kashi Waffles (160 cals 3.0 Fat for both) with 2 TBSP Strawberry Cream Cheese for the waffles(70 cals 4.5 fat) 1 cup fresh strawberries (53 cal's .5 fat) Whip Cream (to add fat - 2 TBSP 30 cals 2.0 Fat) and Tropical Mixed Nuts (130 cals 5.0 fat) Brkfst- 2 regular eggs cooked like an omlett (54 cals 4.0 fat

FINALLY! I lost the two pounds that I had gained BACK during my second week! Whoo-hoo! Its amazing what staying focused will do! Started drinking "Smartwater" on Thursday and I love it! I actually drank more than the 8/8 on Thursday and made the 8/8 yesterday! Dont know what it is about that water but I LOVE IT! Rode my bike two miles on Wednesday and FIVE miles on Thursday! Kels, I also have a hard time getting enough fat in each meal, this morning I put 1 oz of full flavor mild cheddar cheese (9 grams of fat 110 calories) with my breakfast, I also use nuts to add fat and just recently noticed avacodoes are high in fat,1 TBSP of peanut butter on toast may help you get the fat grams up also.... I completely agree it is so hard to stay under the cal's but hit the fat. Carrena, I also enjoy your posts, they seem upbeat and uplifting, thank you!
