Re: alone on this journey ?

Pat, That's what we're here for, your online support. I'm so glad you talked to him and that he understands and will help. He'll probably be more help than you know. Just don't be uneasy about talking to him (about anything). My husband and I talk about everything, I think that's why we've made it this long. I so happy for you. I know its got to be alot off your mind. Now just go forward and begin another new life.

I wish you luck on your run this weekend. You'll do it with no problem. I hope everyone has a great weekend. Take care my friends.

Re: alone on this journey ?

Pat, Just wondering have you sat them down and actally talked about the way you feel? No TV, no pets, & no distractions. Bring that up too the comments that's been made, that it hurts your feelings and until they're in your shoes they have no idea what's going on. Tell them you need support and not critizism. You can't just "don't eat it". Another thing have you talked to your doctor? You're putting to much stress on yourself. This is a lifestyle change and a

Re: alone on this journey ?

Pat I don't want you to be mean, just that you need to talk. You know how to handle it, just be honest then and sincere. Maybe if you talk to him first he can talk to his daughter.

Re: alone on this journey ?

nita, I really hope that the dr can help hubby. It's always a good thing to have an agressive dr. If you (& your husband) has questions don't be afraid to ask them, that's what he's there for. When I did work (before my daughter was born) people would come in xray for tests and have no idea why they were there. Some would even say he just told me to come and have this done. We were like, did you ask why? In fact, go ahead and write down any questions you want to ask, just in case

Re: alone on this journey ?

Hi wanttobeinvienna, Hope you're doing good this morning. I don't think you'll have a problem picking back up those languages. Congratuations on the marriage. I've been married 16 years together total 20 years. We've been through all that stuff - better, worst, richer and poorer. It's amazing what the devil will try to bring you down with but stay focused on the reason you married in the 1st place. Everything else will fall together and work itself out. Funny he's seen

Re: May ALLI Starters

Carren Don't be so hard on yourself. If Sundays are your only bad days, well I congratulate you. As long as you don't eat a whole cake or side of a cow I think you should be ok. Some times you have to give yourself an off day. I do but I keep in the back of my mind about the diet. The best part is you're still loosing and you're doing great. Remember you didn't put it on overnight and it's not going to come off overnight. When you start having to go buy clothes, which I suspect

Re: eating little fat and still having treatment effects

Hey nita, I was just checking my post for this must have not gone through. Don't know what happened anyway. Does the pedometer have a band that you could sew a velcro strip too? If so, in wal-mart in the sewing section they have heavy duty black velcro that would hold it pretty good, promise. I understand the budget thing but I'd skip the exercise DVD. lol. I'm sure someone you know has one in the bottom of a drawer. lol. I hope my cholesterol will come down. I do need to exercise but
