Re: Oh, I missed you, salad dressing.

I dont like vinegarettes either. I've been leaving the ham and cheese out of my salads to cut the fat for the dressing as well. I use lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickle - sometimes green peppers. Bacon bits or some other crunchy topping. I found these really good salad toppers at Kroger. I can't remember the name or anything though... but they're like little strips of crunchy goodness. Really saltly but they're very low sodium too. When I had them I would sometimes just grab a handful

This is what I found. Having one for a snack shouldn't hurt at all. Re: Movies tonight!! Help!!!

Movie theater popcorn is all around bad. Even if you get no butter, it's not air-popped, and it's loaded with oil (it's popped in oil). A standard medium no-butter popcorn still has over 600-900 calories and a ton of fat. A large with butter is over 1,600 (and an astronomical amount of fat, more than our daily allownace). So I would say avoid it as best you can. I would suggest air-popping you 1 or two of the 100 calorie packs and putting it all in a zip lock baggy and in your bag to

Re: ***Users with 50 lbs. to lose to Reach Goal Weight***

They make "1/3" fat cream cheese (phili brand), with 7g in an ounce which is quiet a bit of cheese, I can use half of that on a bagel. I just didn't like the taste or texture (lack of) completely FF. 1/3 is a bit running too but at least it holds itself together and taste great. On my weekly shopping list :)

Want more chicken?

.. No , you probably don't, do you! I have yet another chicken recipe. You would think it's all I eat. It's just that I know it's what a lot of us eat, and I'm personally always trying to do something different with chicken so it doesn't get unbearable. Roughly 410 cals and 6g of fat. Carbs are the sneaky one here, about 60 assuming you can only find noodles with 40-something grams of carbs. They're more of just a filler, so if you want to leave them out or replace them

Re: Staring Alli soon - any suggestions?

I started my first day, and haven't had any TEs, over a month in. If you have previously been eating a lot of fatty foods (fired food everynight, etc), it might be a good idea to wait on the pills for your body to detox a bit. It is also to make sure that you CAN in fact stick to the diet.

Re: Craving Sushi

There are many different types of Shushi. It depends on what you want? Besides the 17 and 21g ones, I'd say most of these are fine. Oh, I missed you, salad dressing.

I haven't had a "real" salad for over a month. I say not-real because FF dressing is like cardboard. I tried every brand and every flavor, I have SO MANY SALAD DRESSINGS in my fridge that all taste the same - like cardboard. I wanted to like FF dressing, I really did, and I ate it even when I didn't but good lord I can't stand it anymore. So I gave up and bought Lite ranch. I hate that it still has 6g of fat (I usually eat them at dinner, where my fatintake is the highest),

Re: eating little fat and still having treatment effects

Pork, if you buy the right kind, is actually only a little worse than chicken/turkey/etc. LEAN country-style ribs (the most common thing used for pork kabobs) is only about 8g of fat. You have to buy lean however, you can usually see the fat on the pork and know it's not very lean. I've had pork several times and it'd be crazy at dinners if I had to always eat chicken and fish. I can marinate pork over night and make pork steaks that taste like high-fat beef steak for half the fat. Just

Re: Is there......

You can have pretty much anything if you just watch your portion size. Pork is fine. Just make sure to get the leanest stuff you can find. Pork chops, with all fat trimmed off, is about 5-7g per chop. Pork ribs, all fat cut off, is about 8g per 100g. We had pork shiskabobs last night (pork ribs) with loads of veggies (mushrooms, onions, 2 types of peppers), and potato salad (made with FF mayo - taste exactly the same). I also had a grilled corn cob. Steak is fine. We have steak every week. I get
