I just stop counting and ate whatever I chose to and drink lots of wine. Today I trying to get back on track so I woke up exercised and ate a bowl of oatmeal. I don't want to fall off track again besides I can't afford to keep messing up.

Yes we can aviod temptation! My husband called me and asked if I wanted a burger from Wendys I clearly told him no.So to make temptations even worst he bought me a burger anyway saying he didn't want me to eat off of his and guess what I took one bite and realize I wasn't even hungry wrapped it back up and went to sleep. Any other time I would have kept eating until it was gone but its to much work to keep falling back into old habits and the treatment effects are not lovely either! Lol!

Hi my alli friends, I just started alli 6/7/09 and I have 60lbs to lose. Today being my third day I realize how important it is to eat 5-6 small meals. I began to get real cranky and very harsh toward others. As soon as I ate my snack I felt just fine and all my frustrations went away. Note: Do not skip meals, each one is so important!

Can you drink a glass a wine a day while on alli?
