What I do is make enough for 3 meals if it call for 1/3 of this or that . The I put the other 2 meals in a vaccuum seal bag and freeze it and then on the days I don't feel like cooking there is still a healthy meal already prepared. It works really well and there is no wasted food. I hope this helps

I have lost 2 pounds and have been eating the low fat diet for 10 days now and taking the pills for 3 days. I have had treatment effects only once and that was after eating 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on wheat bread. I know its still to early to think these are real pounds lost but the fact that my scale read 2 pounds less after 10 days keeps me hopeful. I have rhematoid arthritus and it is very hard to move around somethines without pain , but I am encourgaged to know just changing my eating habits

IF I read the book correctly then the only time you will have TE is when you eat more then the recommended fat per meal. I have only had the TE after eating 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on wheat bread and I am having the bloat and gas as well but in 10 days I have lost 2 pounds just by changing my eating habits for 7 days and taking the pills for 3 days. I just hope I can keep them off by continuing to eat right. A big motivation for me is I dont want the TE so I make sure I stay on track. I think

Thank you for you inspirational store . I am 10 days in and the scales said I lost 2 pounds. I am so used to seeing it say I gained weight I was shocked to see a loss. Woohooo! I quit smoking 14 months ago and have been piling on the pounds ever since. I have a very hard time reaching the fat gram goal and have not been able to in the 10 days. I think I will try some of the ice cream and cheese you mentioned above to see if those will help. Thank you for the ideas.

I usually only eat 1 Tablespoon because I dont really like peanut butter. But i eat it when I need the fat. But there is something called better then peanut butter that is supposed to taste the same but have less of everything. How to get the whole family to eat an Alli diet ?

Im a new member, Im 37 want to love about 50 pounds and I have a very hectic schedule. Technically I work 8am-4pm but I am a district manager in charge of 9 stores so if something goes wrong I have to go fix it. So there have been many 8am-1am days. I have a 17 year old daughter who for the most part is never home, especially now that she has graduated high school. My husband has agreed to try this diet (without the pills) but he has so far has had a hard time with the portion sizes so he is eating
