Re: Headaches...

Hi there, My name is Becky and I am relatively new to alli. I started on it 11 days ago. I didn't experience headaches this time , but I know in the past (yes I am admitting I have been unsuccessful in this battle more than once) whenever I have done weight watchers or any otehr diet plan I always haevheadaches for about the firts 3-5 days. I think it is your body's way of adjusting to the sugar lows and the lack of the processed foods. You think of how many chemicals and sugars your body

Re: What am I doing wrong???

Hi All , Adopotato, Ireland is beautiful ! This is our second time coming here (we come for my husbands work) . Last year we were in Northern Ireland and this year we are in the Southern part. Two totally different countries...same Island. It really is amazing. Definitely somewhere people should come to at least once. not sure I would come more than once if it was a vacation I was paying for though. Last year the rainy weather got to us, we were there for 3 months and by the end ,it had been 36 consecutive

Re: RTo the e: What am I doing wrong???

Hi there, Thanks for the welcome I certainly am not one to give advice as I am pretty new to this myself. I think from all that I have read it seems the most important thing is to stay within your fat gram allowance not only to help with the weight loss but in order to avoid TE's. I think staying within the calorie range is important to help with the weight loss......someone please correct me if I am wrong ! I am hoping and trying really hard to make this work, I am in Ireland for 27 more days

Re: Starting alli tomorrow..been on a low diet..mcdonalds tonight?

Quick question, I see that it was mentioned about not getting enough fat grams in.... I know that some of meals like breakfast and lunch only have 4-8g/fat at the most 8-12g/fat, and then my dinner is usually between . Do I NEED to eat the 15g/meal ? I thought that was just what I was supposed to stay under in order to avoid TE's. Could that be why I haven't lost as much as I thought I would have? Thanks, B

Re: RTo the e: What am I doing wrong???

HI there, I am new to the alli neighbourhood...got room for one more ? My name is Becky and I just started alli 9 days ago. Doing okay so far, no horrible TE's. I But I have to say I am a bit disappointed in the rate of weight loss. I was really hoping it would be a bit quicker than what it has been. I think I am only down 5 lbs which is frustrating because last time I was on WW I lost 7 lbs in the first week. I guess I had it in my head that would mean I would lose at least 10lbs with alli.

bringing alli home

Hi there, I am new to the boards and new to alli. Day 5 for me. I have a question that I am hoping someone can answer. I am in Ireland at the present time on vacation and have started alli because it is so readily available here. I am going home to Canada at the end of July and am wondering if I can bring alli across through Canadian customs without creating a drug smuggling ruckus. Has anyone had experience with this? I was hoping to buy some extra ( maybe 1 extra bottle) and bring it home with
