Things are really difficult the past couple of days. I am on a "bad food" craving....I have this "craving" to binge out on fried and/or greasy food. I don't know WHAT it is! I haven't had this in a while...but man, it's bad! I'm just trying to get myself through it and stop thinking about it....it's hard though! I haven't given into the temptation and am trying to keep it that way :)
Hey I've heard that

Hey everyone. COngrats on all the weight loss! I started in June for about 2/3 weeks then I stopped. BUT..I am back again. Starting again tomorrow so I would like to join you guys. ANyone having trouble meeting the 15g of fat per meal? Thats one issue I encountered throughout the day and then I would skip alli at dinner time for fear of going over the 15g recommended but I decided this time around I'm serious :)...anyone have any recipes for meals or food recommendations?

Glad to see everyone is doing pretty well. Congrats to all on your weight loss success. Well I weighed in saturday. Lost 2 pounds. Not too bad considering I skipped a couple dosages of alli for fear of treatment effects. I just have the hardest time measuring my fat grams at dinner if I'm not eating a salad. But I decided that this week I am goin to follow it correctly so I can hopefully loose more weight..week 2..here we go!

Thank you for that response. I do have one more question. I have been finding it hard to meet my fat intakes. Idky but I'm just not reaching it. I decided to try drinking slim-fast for breakfast. Is this sufficient enough?

I've been using the tredmill, eliptical, and bicycle at the gym. I even go swmming and sometimes run across the pool. lol Not sure how good running across the pool does but i think its a good thing with all that resistance in the water.

Hey everyone. I started yesturday June 27th. I was a little scared. Stayed home worried about treatment effects but it actually wasnt bad. Everything was normal. I was a little gassy but thats pretty minor in comparison to treatment effect stories that I've heard lol. One thing that I did have an issue with was reaching my fat goal. For some reason it was really hard obtaining 15g of fat per meal. Is anyone else having this problem? I decided I'm going to go grocery shopping to collect some

Hey Marianne I also started this month(well yesturday lol) and I have been trying for yrs as well. Its like I start and then give up when i feel like I'm not seeing the results I should. But I have made a commitment this time around. I gained 70 pounds in 3yrs. Not good at all so I'm serious about loosing the weight this time around. I would love to add you to my circle and we can motivate each other and such. How are things going for you so far?
