I have had no TE while taking Alli. I had my gallbladder removed 20 years ago. I did struggle for a few years with crazy bowel habits. It did end. I guess it just takes your body a few years to adjust to the lack of a gallbladder. I guess this doesn't help much today, but know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I have been using Alli for about a week and a half. I did lose 3 pounds, but I don't know if it's the Alli or the diet. I am supposed to have 17 grams of fat with every meal, but have yet to go over 12. Most of my meals range from 5 to 8 grams. If I continue to eat this way do I need to take Alli? I have experienced no TEs and am actually going less often than I did before I started. Any thoughts out there?

Hi! I started last week and I have lost 3 pounds. I just can't tell if its the Alli or the diet? Anyone having trouble getting all the fat grams and still keeping the calories in check?

I started last Monday and have had no hint of the TEs. I haven't had an alcohol since I started, but I thought you only had to worry about the fat to avoid the TEs.

I started Alli last Monday and I have a few questions. I am on the 1600 calorie plan. If I have eaten everything from the list (proteins, starches, etc...) but haven't hit the calorie or fat goals for the day should I eat more? Also, is there a place to find exchanges for foods not in the books. For example, if a roll has 100 calories, 5 grams of fiber, and 1 gram of fat how many starches is it? Stuff like that is driving me nuts. There also seem to be differences in the fat and calorie book

Try collage video web site (collagevideo.com ) They have lots of dvds. They have staff reviews and user reviews. I just started 10 minute trainer series (beach body series). It's good because you can exercise for 10 minutes if you're short on time or add another 10 minute workout. It was expensive though, close to 100 dollars with shipping.
