After talking to my doctor today she was surprised when I said that I wasn't eating avocado as much or watching my almods. She said those are good fays to have. I read the can for the almonds and it's 15 fat grams per serving. Do you still count the good vs. the bad fats? If everything else is low fat is it okay to include some good fats (olive oil, nuts, avocado??) Thanks, Diana

Pizza must be the temptation of the week!! On day 2 of healthy eating DH and I had a fight, so without realizing it, he totally killed me by making a pizza. 18g of fat per slice....well. I had beef teryaki that I had prepared and cried in the bathroom for 15 minutes and was done. I realized that I could do it. I could say no. Okay - so I HATE exercising. It's one thing my husband enjoys and so he always harps on me about it which makes it worse. So I have compromised on one thing. First I took over lawn mowing. Ipod on and I mow at a fenzied ppace and sucking in every muscle while I walk (esp my maximus butt). Then I put ona show my husband hates, grab a kids ball (like tht 2 dollar ones at the grocery store) and use that as a tool. Leg lifts, squeezes with my arms and then my legs, mini crunches and so forth. I am
