Thanks! Where did everyone go?????? I have been so bad lately, not taking Alli and eating terrible. And wouldn't you know, I gained a few pounds back! MY GOODNESS! Someone slap me! School is stressing me out, and I've got a date with Pringles every day after school. First, it was the FF kind, and now it's the regulars because they're one sale and I use coupons. AGH!!!! HELP!

Maybe our brain size has something to do with our inability to say no to the third slice of pizza or the cupcakes and candy! I can't imagine the brain actually shrinks, I wonder what the science is behind this?

Fuzzyfrog - congrats on the great first week! Your weight loss is great! I too snack on almonds, add a few (usually 2 = 1g fat) to a meal when I don't have enough fat. I have also found a 100 calorie pack (I'll have to see if I still have any-can't think of the name!) that is a salty mixture..ritz mini crackers, pretzils, kinda reminds me of chex mix. I usually want sweet over salty, but if not,I grab one of those. They are gooooood. And I love Ritz soo.. Hope all is well with everyone

Amber- That is a GREAT suggestion! I am going to cut my facebooking time down today to plan my food for tommrow, I can't believe how much time and effort that will save! I've been thinking ahead (ok, for luch I'll have this and that), and I sit down and write down everything with the plate in front of me. The downside to this is that hot food will get cold as you write everything down :/ I am definately going to write everything down the night before..thank you for the awesome tip! Let's

I've targeted the causes; less exercise & not writing down every bite. I've been estimating, eyeing portion sizes and keeping the measuring spoons in the cupboards. The Lesson: Measure EVERYTHING!
