I am not sure where you are from. Do you have an Aldi's? They are less than walmart. I usually go to walmart sometimes aldi's for certain things. I bought a few things and I eat them every other day. It's a shopping experience that you have to take your time in the store and really look at all the labels.. My face is more clear now, then before I went on it.. I just don't want my long, thick hair to fall out because of alli. so far nothing unusual... i take my one a day mulitV.... Your body changes because of your lifestlye has changed or is changing. I have noticed some things that have changed in the last week since i have been on alli... example my face is more clear and i have more energy, oh and I don't crave as much stuff as I use to... ok, i have a large build , i guess you could say...broad shoulders, big child bearring hips (no kids) short legs and short torso... anywho.. what should someone with normal weight weigh at theat height? does anyone know? or where to find a chart like that... i know what i want to be at but i don't know it's right for my body type... thanks ... rock on!!

Thank you ladies.... I did much better today.. and I worked out 1 1/2 hours... 1 hour on the treadmill (fat burner) burned 428 calories .... so it said... and did the natulas machines for 1/2 hour... those kind of workouts i like! You are all great in what you said.. I THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR REPLY!!!! Now to figure out my screw up on the check in thing... does it take awhile before it's updated? The scale at workout says 232 today and the one at home says 210... I think i like the one at

How you do know what is right for your build? I am 5"4" with broad shoulders, big childbearing hips (no kids) short legs and an even shorter torso. I have no idea what a normal person should weigh to be labeled healthy... I said 130 but I have no idea.. Is there a chart somewhere out there (an honest one) to help me figure this out? or does anyone know? just kinda wondering.. thanks...

OMG!!! DOH! I was doing good and was proud of myself until tonight for supper! I had 2 slices of pizza from little caesars and like 4 crazy bread pieces!! DUMB DUMB MOVE!!! I didn't take the pill cuz i knew that was going to be poo poo effect... I have to... have to get back on track tomorrow! I will workout after work and eat better during the day... nope i get the same thing on IE, all i do is hit refresh button at the top where the arrows are and it usually works... good luck.. are to check in 2 weeks after we start? my check in date i set up for was sat and my next time to check in is 8-1-09? just wondering, i want to stay on track! :-)
