With the alli meal plan tools, you can also add anything at all in there, not just the items listed in its own library of food items. For example, I put in the calories and fat and other nutritional data for all the frozen meals I eat and whatever else I eat at home that has a nutritional label, and, I put in the calories and fat from restaurant food, too. Most restaurants post some kind of nutritional information online, and, if they don't, you can find something online on one of the nutrition

Sure, the website I like is: http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-calculator.asp Under #1, there is an orange box labeled "add an ingredient." You click on that and look up your ingredient. It has a bazillion ingredients, so, I've been able to find everything I use/need in their lists. Then you keep adding ingredients until you're done. Under #2, there is a box for you to enter the number of servings that the recipe yields, and, then you click on the orange box labeled "calculate

Re: hi, today is my first day on alli and looking for some friends

[quote user="ljrutkowski"] Hi, I have not purchased Alli yet as I am still a little skeptical about side effects. I have colitis and I am not sure if this will effect my colitis. I am trying to get in touch with my doctor regarding this issue, but have not received a call back. Does anyone else have this issue? I have gained 20 pounds over the past several months as unfortunately I am going through menopause too and I am told that you gain weight when going through this and it is much harder

Re: AUGUST Alli Starters....

Hi Mel, Yes, it feels so amazing to lose 20 pounds in three months! The alli keeps me motivated, too, and, I know that once I take the pill, I won't "cheat," and, I won't eat stuff even if I'm tempted. Without the alli, who knows how many temptations I would have given in to. But, with the alli, I don't want those TEs! It is so amazing that I've been exercising for three months, too! When I met my husband, I had been working out regularly and had just lost over 35 pounds
