Hi Pat, I am so looking forward to others responses to this question. I make sure that I bring a dish of sugar free jello where I add frozen fruit and cool whip. The jello and stay together and the cool whip rises to the top so it is a breeze to make. I eat turkey, no potatoes, some dressing, 1 dinner roll, salads and veggies and when it comes to pie, I eat one slice of which 1/2 is pumpkin and the other 1/2 is banana cream pie. Hi ladies, saw the post and loved what I was reading. Count me in on being accountable since the gym is just across the street from my office. I am going to start to wear my pedometer again and walk the dog longer and on nights that I am not in school, I will be at the gym. I will let you know how long I walked the dog after class tomorrow. That will keep me accountable in making sure I check in all of the time. Sue

Found a place cheaper for Alli

I just found at Sam's Club (part of Walmart) 170 pills for the same price that I would get 120 pills at Target. There hasn't been any coupons in my area except for the get started packs.

I am going to purchase Wii Fit for my daughter for Xmas but have no idea what I should be looking for. Does anyone have any suggestions? I thought maybe Wii Fit Plus. Is there anything someone likes better than the Plus? Thanks. Sue
