I agree! I LOVE frozen grapes. My hubby thought I was crazy the first time he saw me eating FROZEN grapes. Then he tried one..and now he is addicted too!

Started June 25 SW 172 CW 148 GW 127 lost 2 lbs this week!!! I am now at my pre-pregnancy weight from my 1st child. I now have 3 children and haven't seen 148 in almost 8 years...until this morning. I am beyond exstatic. Now, if I can reach my goal weight, I will be at the weight I was on my wedding day. ;-)

I have been on Alli 3 months today and have not had 1 single TE. I have lost a total of 22 lbs, and am loving my new lifestyle change! I will certainly stick with it for life, even after I no longer need the alli. I am now just 20 lbs from my goal!..and am not missing the old way of eating!

I don't do cheat days myself as it would be too easy for me to get back into an old routine if i had a solid day of cheating. instead, I have my little allowed indulgences like the 100 calorie candy bars like Twix and 3 Muskateers and such. They are enough for me to have a treat and get the sweet craving out of my system...and yet at only 100 cals and 3-5 g of fat each, not enough to wreck my diet. I did 50 crunches during each of the first 3 commercial breaks...for a total of 150! I will build up to doing it each commerical break...but from no crunches at all in years to 150 in one night...WOO HOO! I am so proud of myself! I am going to try to do this with 1 show a night instead of being a couch potato!!!
