This has happened to me with the refill pack. Although I did not purchase mine on ebay. I'm going to call the technical support number.

Thank you Betty for your words of support. I just wanted to hear how others are coping who are in the same situation as me. I hope this thread will continue as my desire is still to learn from the experience of others who also teach. The school year has been going great...the weight loss; not so great. I've hit a plateau and have purchased the refill pack. I'm going to keep trying to find my way now that I've started back to work and don't have the luxury of more time to plan meals

lovemyboys: I think there is a discussion posted for whining postal workers! Do a search under the keyword: lovemyboys. LOL (;-D) Just kidding...blah, blah, " Ha, Try being a postal worker." "Dirty, stinky public restrooms." No one ups-man-ship or insensitivity in those comments. tsk, tsk, tsk.

debbuesue1: I guess what I'm saying is that I'm afraid of the treatment affects at work too! Talk about behavior modification...I eat at Applebee's too and love their salads especially the Asian Chicken Salad! Have not had a treatment affect with it either. The Olive Garden also has some low-cal and low fat meals. My favorite is the Pomadoro Primavera. Look for the meals with the olive branch next to it, it's healthier eating. I can't wait to meet my new class tomorrow! Even after

sally2223: I don't know how old you are or how long ago it's been since your junior high days, or even where you attended school, but where I live and work, we treat children with the respect and dignity they deserve. They come to school because it is a safe and happy place for them. We worry about them, especially over the summer because when they are at school, we know they would have eaten at least breakfast and lunch. Some of our parents are in jail for drugs, robbery, and abandonment

lovemyboys: I sympathize...that too would be awful. This is not a competition for who has the worst working conditions. I'm very fortunate to have chosen the profession I have. I'm not complaining, just asking for support from those who understand. Good luck to you!

Teachers are in a unique position of not being able to leave the classroom to address personal needs when the "call of nature" comes-a-calling! Some classrooms do not have bathroom nearby. If you are one of the lucky ones to have one attached to your classroom, you still have the problem of leaving the children unattended to answer "your call". I've been successful using the meal plan while home for the summer. I've not been successful when I've deviated from it. I'm

I love this...I'm guessing that before Alli your gas and BM was no bed of fragrant roses either! I'm sorry, I just had to laugh. Good luck and may all your "gas and BM" be as sweet as your dreams! (:-D) LOL

What a stressful couple of days! As you may know we here in Pittsburgh have had some terribly hot and severe weather. The area where I live was hit very hard with a wind shear, we've been without power for hours/days and now finally it is getting back to normal. So needless to say it has been hard sticking to eating from the Alli plan for the week. With no electricity, wasn't able to cook, heat, or warm anything. Didn't want to open the refrigerator as we didn't know how long we were
