I am in Utah now but house is for sale and we are moving to Midland as soon as it closes. My husband is already there. He grew up there and decided he wanted to move back closer to his family.

I can't do the recommeded 1800 calories either. I have been eating the same, close to 1200. If I eat 1800 I am afraid I'll gain weight. That's an extra 600 a day....an awful lot over the course of the week.

This seems to be the ongoing question. We may never get a true answer so I am giving it 1 month. If it doesn't seem to work because I am eating low fat already I just won't buy another bottle.

It has not been aswered. It just keeps mentioning the 15 grams of fat that is recommended but really 15 g of fat while dieting is high ( asked my Dr). He recommeds 10 grams or lower per meal.
