This is all about a lifestyle change.... not starving and depriving yourself. I have had mcdonald's a couple times while on alli.... you can have an egg mcmuffin with apple dippers or for lunch you can have a kid's cheeseburger meal with apple dippers. This is within our range and still reasonable in calories.

I have been a strong supported of alli since I first heard about it in feb. I rushed out to get it and started taking it on friday morning. I have strictly followed the plan staying plenty below the alloted fat grams. I was fine fri-sun. However, this morning at work I experienced oily leakage. The worst part was that I had no clue until I went into the bathroom. Fortunately I wore a panty liner just in case so it didn't soak through to my chair, but it was still completely uncalled for. I am also having bad side effects (oily leakage) for no apparent reason. I have strictly followed the alli plan since friday, even staying under fat grams by a few. I was fine all weekend until come today at work.... I go to the bathroom only to find that I have yellowish orangish oil leaking from my you know where. I am really torn on what to do. I have had no treatment effects either. I don't weigh in until saturday, at my weight watchers meeting. I'm anxious to see what the results are!

Today is my 3rd day on alli and still no side effects. I have had anywhere from 12-17 grams of fat per meal and have not experience any nasty effects. My bowel movements have been more frequent (2-3 times a day) and I have experience some gas.... but nothing uncontrollable. Good luck!

I recently moved to Memphis, TN. What part of TN are you in? I started weight watchers about a month ago and have lost 28 lbs. I'm trying alli just to help me stay more accountable. Good luck to you! We can do this!

Try PB2 Powdered peanut butter. It tastes great... same as regular peanut butter except the oil is taken out of it, and you simply add water. It's low fat but still had the same great taste. For weight watchers, this is only 1 pt, versus 5 pts for regular peanut butter!
