in you profile, go into the maintainence link. go thru the screens and submit. Then on the lower right hand side there will be link to start using alli again. click on that and complete the info. Then on your weigh in page you will have a place to edit all your weights including your starting one. HOpe it helps.

I'm pretty much doing core foods but adding nuts and peanut butter for fat grams. Since core is low fat meats, fruts and veggies. Low fat stuff is part of core too, like cheeses. So i'm more or less watching my fat grams and calories. It's working, as i've been losing consistently. Hope it helps. Hugs, Pat

Anybody seen the 25+ bag of sugar group? It is missing, doesn't show up in my posts or Heathers! I am sad to see it's gone!

Hi Cheryl, I just turned 50, am somewhat of a stress eater myself. I have 2 grown children living with me also, so can understand some of those stresses as well. I started alli on the 15, and have lost 10 pounds since then. I'd love to be your support partner. I'm at a desk job too and on the computer almost all day. Let me know how your first day went. Hugs, Pat

If it were me, I would start your low fat eating for a couple of days and then start taking the alli. That way you are sure to minimize the treatment effects. Good luck, Pat

Mine has too. Don't know why but the plan is working for me with a loss of 10 lbs in 11 days. Figured it was just the way my body reacted. Hugs, Pat

Hugs! First, let me congratulate you on your weight loss! Don't let those narrow minded folks get to you! You have found something that must be working for you cause look at what you have accomplished. Be proud of your losses and don't let their negativity get to you! Who can say why they feel threatened by the use of Xenical or Alli? It could be from lack of knowledge. Or they have their own issues to deal with. You are doing something good for you. Remember the good, forget the ugly! You

I just completed day 5 and have lost 8 lbs, soley by following the diet and taking alli. I have been following WW core prior to this, so was already doing low fat and low calories. It seems to have kicked my body into losing again, when i had hit a plateau or a big rut. So i have not changed my lifestyle, the diet has more fat than i am used to eating. I do plan on starting to walk next week or maybe this weekend. And will add some weight training in a week or too. Hope this helps!
