Nice to see so many of you doing well. Congratulations to all of you who just started your "lifestyle" change!!! I have been so busy with online college courses and getting my four children who are still at home ready for school that I have haven't had much time for myself. I think I need to put that as another one of my priorities as I am sure most of us need to do. Today I turned 39 years old (I don't feel it though) and have made a promise to myself to lose at least 100 pounds

Congratulations!!!! You have done a fantastic job!!! Can you give us some advice? How are you eating, exercising, ect. I am always open and eager for new info. Even "when" you drop below 250 please come back and report on your progress. We all gain strength from those who have been successful. Again, great job and continued success!!!

Today was my five week weigh in. I have lost (and maintained to keep off with my fluctuations in water weight) 12 pounds!!! I weighed in at 296 today. I am sooooo happy. I have not had any TE's. Like Denagarman, I have always had a problem with not "going" enough. Since I have been on Alli I have not had this problem. Have you ever wondered if perhaps we have a problem "going" might be why we have gotten overweight? Just food for thought. I actually walked 1.35 miles last

Hello Kellie and welcome aboard. I was a night snacker also and I still am, however, what you eat prefer to eat that you have to draw the line. My prefered night time snack is 97% fat free popcorn and a glass of ice tea with sweetner. I will eat the whole bag, but it only has about 250 calories, so I can feel great about it. Popcorn has fiber, which will fill you up faster and longer than a piece of cake or other sweet goodie, and it takes longer to eat so you can snack for a good half hour without

I am so grateful I found this message board. I have felt so alone until now. With my 2.5 children away at boarding school and my husband away on business in Saudia Arabia, my 32 million dollar Villa on the South of France seems so cold and lonely these days. My personal trainer, Fredrico, quit yesterday because I was taking Alli and he feels his job has somehow been threatened, so now the struggle to get these extra "ounces" off is up to me until I can find another really hot and sexy latino

My husband is on afternoons so I can almost relate. However, my husband has kind of converted to my lowfat diet in the fact that he is actually "sneaking" my favorite cheats. He says my favs are better than his stuff and so I have replaced all of our normal "fattening" snacks with some of the lower fat snacks that I can have without ruining my diet. As for eating out, you can actually have what you want but just remember to have smaller portions and try and drink a sip of "diet"

Myg0at, At 20 years old you are facing alot of pressures. I have a 20 year old who will be 21 y/o in less than a month and with so much peer pressure surrounding your age group, she became victim of some of the things you mentioned. So I can kind of relate to you. If your family or friends aren't supportive of your weightloss sometimes this is due to the fact that they don't want you to get hurt. It's crazy, I know, but my parents were like that too. So that set me up for a lifetime of

Wow...most of us sound like we are telling the same stories!!! I have never had any luck with any diets but this one. I have not had any "TE's" since taking Alli. I am sticking to 1800 calories or less. One thing you have to remember is "Eat when you are hungry" but try and limit your snacks to 100 calories or less and try to wait at least 1 hour between snacks. I found a great little snack pack made by hersheys that has mini chocolate chip cookies, chocolate chips, and mini
