KFC is the only thing thus far that has really caused me any problems. I'm sorry to say... but, taking the skin off of the chicken will quite likely make a difference. Just prepare yourself by wearing pads, taking along an extra pair of pants, and always going to the bathroom when you feel like you have gas!

I too am a person who likes to have a drink in the evening. But, I figure that since I am really taking this seriously and I'm dedicating myself to this process, I really don't need to drink...after all it's only empty calories. Every little bit helps :)

as of last night, i've decided to exclude alcohol from my diet until my whole first bottle of alli is gone. i'm pretty sure having a few vodka and diet coke's doesn't really help my waistline much at all. it's only empty calories! besides, when i have a drink then i really crave fatty foods (which i certainly don't need). so, as part of my healthy, low fat, low calorie diet, i shall be banishing alcohol too. in the long run, i'd rather sacrifice a few drinks and exchange

unfortunately, I have experienced "te". the worst part was it was while on an 8 hour drive to my cousin's wedding. the "te" lasted the whole weekend. now, i know to be a lot more careful. also, the "te" were bad enough to make me feel a bit ill. so, i've taken a week off of alli and i'm starting again on sunday. i want to make sure nothing like that ever happens again. but, the good news is that the oil does come out of jeans if you treat it with a tide to

Hello all :) I am also a mom. I have three girls (yikes!) ages 12, 8, and 5. I can hardly believe they will all be in school this fall. I work full time and so does my husband. I really haven't started the menu plan. I've been waiting until next payday. hehe So, we'll see how it goes. I'm just looking forward to losing some of this weight that seems to like hanging out far past its welcome!

I seem to be losing about half a pound a day..I just hope it keeps up. For breakfast, I've been eating a bowl of soup (vegetable, beef, whatever). I usually have a couple of apricots for a snack and another bowl of soup for lunch. Then for dinner, I'll have whatever the family is having. Lately my husband and I have been having a 6" sub for dinner. As for the exercise part, I try to get some walking in at work. But, I've never been a real exercise kind of person. Bad, I know.

alright, here i am :) name: heather age: 27 height: 5'3" starting weight: 157lbs. goal weight: 126 lbs. I am a previous Atkins disciple. But, no fears, I have seen the light ;) I have now been taking Alli for two days now along with a reduced fat/calorie diet and I'm feeling great. This morning when I weighed myself I was 154.5 lbs! Oh, and I'm from South Dakota.

since i started taking alli on saturday, i've gone from 157 lbs. to 154.5 lbs. now, i'm pretty sure that's going to be water...but, it sure is good to see the scale go down :)
