1 pound is 1 pound! i dont usually eat meat or chicken; can u try to cut down on any kind of meat for a week and keep your exercise? and see what happen? exito!

i just got home from my early bike ride, took a bath and then went to weight myself; 5 pounds gone!! it feels so good. i want to advice those who hasnt seen a difference in their weight, to stick to it! and those that are losing some (like me), not to let your guards down. this is work...but is worth it! exito a todos!!

you are excited, im happy. today i lost 1 lb and that makes it a total of 4. that means that for friday i could lose 1 more. with this i mean i lost 5lbs a week. if im lucky this could be a projection that i may lose 20 in a month. that will be nice. an idea; buy a pedometer. for me it works as a reminder to keep it up. not only my excersise but the diet and all. also, find something to keep your mind busy when u are at home. for me is boardgames, writing or reading. exito!
