long break from alli- 1 year anniversary

I started taking alli july 23rd 2007, and i lost about 60 lbs using alli and the diet and exercise plan. That was mostly in the first 7 months and stress and lots of upsets at home have made me plateau but at a weight about 15-20 lbs off from goal weight. add 'favorite recipe' to nutrition log?

i found a recipe i want to add to the nutrition log, but even though its stored in favorite recipes, there is no way to add it to the nutrition log i can find. shouldnt there be a way to do this for people who use the meal plan but swap out recipes for different days? its my first attempt at it.

those ingredients on their own don't sound like there would be much fat in them. it' sounds great. when i make something, i add every ingredient individually to the nutrition log and since it doesnt always give you the options you want - like a tablespoon versus a cup (this is annoying and tedious) i have two options, i could go to another source like calorieking.com and look them up and input them as new foods- or, i could estimate, if i add 2-3 tbs i call it 1/8 of a cup. i am lazy so i

wow i've been on this plan since july and believe me, this is a new option! thanks for the tip. i've been making my own meal plans, and i think i'll continue to do so since i tend to substitute soy milk and things like morning star farms chik strips on salad or other meat substitues to get my protein up. I try to have double the amount of protein to fat per meal so i feel really full and don't rely on carbs the way i used to. but i do like some of the recipes I'm seeing in the

lowfat eggplant parmesan- for summer!

you could look at it this way, all the back and forth pacing to and from the car trying to decide if you can give in to temptation probably burned 50 calories! : ) they should list that as exercise in the activity log. great job realizing you are in control of you, not a fast food chain. keep up the good work and keep motivated with small rewards just for you that aren't food related.
